The following is a short list of the most important EasyTV Affiliate Program terms:
- You will be referring individuals or companies by using your referral link to EasyTV in order to gain commission once they proceed to a paid subscription purchase. No exclusivity or reselling rights are provided.
- You cannot refer an individual or a company that you are affiliated with. In other words, you cannot be an affiliate and refer your own business, a subsidiary, a parent company, or the company you work for.
- The commission will be calculated as 10% of the total monthly fee paid by the customer, including any software subscription fees and contracted plugins.
- Payment of commissions are made at the end of each month. Payments will be completed through Paypal. The minimum payout amount is (USD) $300.
- There is no time limit for continuing to receive commissions on recurring subscription fees. As long as a customer keeps the referral subscription active, you will be receiving your commission.
- There is no maximum amount of total commissions per customer.
- We do not cover any expenses related with being an Affiliate of or promoting EasyTV.
- In no circumstance will you be given access to identifying details of customers.
- You can use EasyTV Trademarks provided by EasyTV Corp for all proper purposes in the promotion, introduction and marketing of EasyTV only as long as you are an active Affiliate.
- We reserve the right to terminate your Affiliate account with any cause. Upon termination of your affiliate account, you will no longer be receiving any commissions.
- EasyTV (EasyTV Corp) retains all Intellectual Property Rights to the Services and the Software.
- We reserve the right to change any of the above at any given moment. You will be notified of any pending change in a timely manner.
