What to do if my Screen goes offline on the platform?

Most of the time the problem is communication with the internet. Please perform the procedures below to resolve this.

Solution 1 – Restart your device

Method 1.
Restart the Amazon Fire TV Stick
Unplug the power cord or adapter for three seconds, and then plug it back in.

Method 2.
To restart your device from the menu:
Go to Settings.
Select My Fire TV, and then Restart.

Solution 2 – Internet connection

To be sure that the problem is the application it is important to test the internet. To do this, connect your Amazon Fire TV Stick to another Wifi network. If you don’t have any tests with your cell phone in Hotspot mode.

iPhone:

To set up a personal hotspot on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), go to Settings > Personal Hotspot > Allow Others to Join and toggle it to on (if you don’t see Personal Hotspot in Settings, tap Cellular > Personal Hotspot). Make note of the Wi-Fi password.

Android:

Navigate to Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering. Here, you can select to share a connection via Wi-Fi, USB, or Bluetooth.

For a Wi-Fi connection, tap the Wi-Fi hotspot and toggle it on. The hotspot name will be displayed on this screen. Tap Advanced > Hotspot password for the password.

Solution 3 – Restart your internet router

Even if other applications are working like Youtube or Netflix, there is a possibility that your internet provider is having a problem communicating with EasyTV’s servers. That’s why it’s important to restart to make sure that’s not the problem.

To restart your internet router:
Unplug the power cord for 20 seconds and then plug it back.

Solution 4 – Re-install your app

If the problem persists, delete the app and install it again. Delete your screen on the platform and go through the installation process.

If it doesn’t work, please contact us. [email protected]
