EasyTV (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows customers to connect their Instagram accounts to display their posts as a TV feed. When you connect your Instagram account to EasyTV, we may collect:

  • Your Instagram username and public profile information;

  • Photos, videos, and captions you authorize us to access;

  • Basic account metadata (such as account ID and media IDs).

We do not collect your Instagram password. Authentication is handled securely through the official Instagram/Meta login system (OAuth).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information only for the following purposes:

  • To display your Instagram content (photos, videos, captions) on the EasyTV platform in feed format;

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services;

  • To ensure proper integration with Instagram’s API and compliance with Meta’s Platform Policies.

We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in these limited cases:

  • With trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting) who help us operate our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements;

We never publish or disclose your private Instagram information outside of your authorized use.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We store your Instagram data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

  • If you disconnect your Instagram account, we immediately stop collecting new data.

  • You may also revoke EasyTV’s access directly from your Instagram/Meta account settings.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
