At EasyTV, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our digital signage platform. Please review our refund policy below:
1. 7-Day Free Trial
New customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No charges will be made during this trial period, and you may cancel anytime without incurring fees.
2. Subscription Refunds
EasyTV subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Therefore:
• Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: You may request a refund within the first 14 days of your annual subscription if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
3. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage cancellations from your account dashboard.
4. Exceptional Refunds
In rare cases, and at EasyTV’s sole discretion, partial or full refunds may be issued due to technical issues or service interruptions caused by EasyTV.
